AnyMP4's Refund Policy

 

AnyMP4 Studio always takes customers' requirements its top priority. We are equipped with professional and dynamic support specialists to answer all your questions in proper and timely ways. In order to deal with customer's reasonable dispute, we will offer unconditional refund as required. Since our products are all sharewares, we strongly recommend you to try the product before purchasing it to make sure that the product is compatible with your computer system and meets all of your specific requirements. You are also welcome to explore our product and guide web pages to obtain comprehensive product information before purchasing the full version.

If you come across one or more of the following situations, we will offer unconditional refund:


Part One:

If you are in one of the following situations, we will offer unconditional refund.

 

A. Refund requirement caused by registration information:

Wrong registration information is sent to customer due to some reason which prevents consumer from completing the conversion task normally. Furthermore customer has no further need of the software. After confirmation of all these situations, we will perform refund on condition that you require.

 

B. Refund requirement caused by product problem:

1. If there are serious bugs in our product, which affect customer's normal use, we will perform refund after our support specialists confirm this problem. 2. If customer purchases a wrong product or the purchased product can't meet some of customer's needs due to the wrong or blurry product description on our website, we will exchange the wrong product with the proper one that can meet your need first. If customer insists on refunding, we will perform refund.


Part Two:

If you are in one of the following situations, we can't refund you.

 

A. Refund requirement caused by purchasing:

1. Since we use third party payment platform to perform the purchase, we have no means of confirmation whether a credit card is used by the card holder to purchase or someone else. Therefore we recommend credit card holders to protect their credit card carefully and reduce the chance of credit card to be used without authorization. If such situation does happen, usually we won't perform refund. If customer insists on refund, we will ask our third party payment platform to look into the issue and provide related proof.

2. If customer purchases wrong product from our website, and then purchases so-called correct product from other company, we won't perform refund either.

3. If the failed registration of software is caused by customer's wrong operating, and the registration information has been proved valid, we cannot perform refund according to customer's requirement.

 

B. Refund requirement caused by product problem:

1. Our products CANNOT meet customer's needs to convert files purchased from iTunes or other place since their copyrights are protected by law. We won't perform refund if customer requires it, as we have already provided clear note towards this issue on our website.

2. Have customers just thought the product can meet his needs and purchased it without consulting our website for specific features or trying the product before the purchase, and then found that the product can't meet his needs, we won't perform refund on this condition.

3. Customer purchases the wrong product which can't be supported by the operating system of his computer, such as Mac user purchasing Windows version software, we won't perform refund on this condition.

4. Customer purchases wrong product from our affiliate website or the purchased product can't meet some of customer's needs due to the wrong or blurry product description on affiliate website, we won't perform refund on this condition. Customer needs to contact the affiliate from which the product is purchased to seek for solution.

 

C. Refund requirement is made long after the purchase:

We use third party payment platform to perform the purchase, whose platform has time limitation for refund. If customer purchases product more than 30 days, no matter what reason for the refund, we won't perform refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
