One Click to Root LG Android Phone/Tablet

To install more powerful apps, Android phone/tablet users tend to root their device to make more space of their devices. And now, it's easier to root an Android device than ever. Steps below will show you how to root your LG Android phone/tablet with just one click. We are using Stump Root APK to root your LG devices with Android versions below 4.4. It is safe to install, and you can easily uninstall it on your devices after you root your device.For other LG devices, with Android 4.4 and above, we will use iRoot to handily root and give you much more control of your own device.

Part 1: Root LG phones/tablets below Android 4.4 with Stump Root

Step 1: On your phone, go to Settings > Security and make sure to check the "Unknown sources" option to allow installation of non-market application (Stump Root APK).

Step 2: Download the Stump Root APK on your computer.

Then connect your device to your computer via USB cable. Find your device in "Computer" and copy the Stump Root APK to any where you like.

Tips: If your LG phone shows as a digital camera on your computer, go to your phone and slide down the task list, find the option "Send images (PTP) Tap for more USB options". Click it and choose "Media device (MTP)". Then go back to your "computer" and you will find your device's folder.

Step 3: Launch the File Manager application on your LG phones and find the Stump Root APK file. Click it and you will see the device access of it, click "Next" or scroll down to the end, click "Install". Few seconds later, the installation will finish.

Step 4: Once the installation is done then click open.

You will go to the Root interface. Click "Grind" to begin your root. Mins later, it will notice you that you need to restart your device to finish the root.

For Mac users, there's few reliable and safe root tool on the market up to now. To ensure the security of your data, we highly recommend you to root your Android device 4.4 before on Windows first before scanning and recovering data on Mac.

Part 3: Root LG devices above Android 4.4 with iRoot

Step 1: Install iRoot on PC

Download and install iRoot on your computer.

Step 2: USB debugging

To root your phone, you need to debug USB mode first, so that you can manage your phone without notifications on computer. Follow the path: "Settings" > "Develop options" > slide "USB debugging" to ON.

Step 3: Connect LG phone/tablet to PC

Connect your LG device to the computer via USB cable, run iRoot, and then click "Connect". Wait until your device is detected automatically.

Step 4: Root Android phone with iRoot

Click "Root" to start to root your phone. This will take some time. After rooting process succeeds, your phone will reboot automatically.

Step 1: Install iRoot APK

Download and install iRoot APK file to your phone. For successful installation, you are required to hit "Setting" > "Security" > tick "Unknown sources" > "OK" to install unknown sources, iRoot APK on your phone.

After the installation, tap it to run this rooting tool. In the interface, you just need to choose "Get Root access" to begin to root your phone. After your phone is rooted, it will reboot automatically. You need to wait patiently.
